Shipping

Delivery time ranges from 5-7 working days depending on availability of products and method of shipping, chosen by the customer. If the items are in stock, they are shipped immediately. PLEASE NOTE:  Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. IN USA: we offer Fedex Ground (up to 5 business days), Fedex 3 day,  Fedex 2 day.  We also use US Postal Service to ship to PO boxes and small parcels. IN CANADA: Canada Post Expedited Service (4-8 business days) or Canada Post Xpresspost (1-3 business days)   INTERNATIONAL: via US Postal Service to your country's mail service or via Fedex. We are not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes or any delays due to customs clearance.  PLEASE ORDER IN ADVANCE. If the products are on back-order, we will inform you of the expected delivery time by e-mail. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is shipped.  If your items are a special order, your card will be charged immediately. PS  if you ordered a PERSONALIZED ITEM, please remember that it takes 5-10 days to print, PLUS SHIPPING TIME How are shipping charges calculated?  Shipping fees are calculated by weight of your package and by volumetric weight on larger items. Shipping fees also include the price of the box and protective shipping materials.  Any duties or taxes are paid by the customer.  If your delivery address is in CANADA, your order will ship out from Vancouver, BC, Canada.  If your delivery address is in the USA or international, your order will ship out from WASHINGTON state. How are sales tax calculated? If your order is shipping to USA or International, you will not pay any sales tax. If shipping to CANADA, you will pay 5% GST.  If shipping to BC, you will pay 5% GST and 7% PST. Best delivery address: For the shipping address, please provide an address where someone will be able to sign for the package upon arrival.  We prefer to ship to a work or business address.  DO NOT PUT YOUR HOME ADDRESS AS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME. To ensure that your order arrives on time for your big day, we recommend brides to order as early as possible. We ship every package with care and attention to your wedding date.  WEDDING THINGS will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers and the US/Canada Postal system, war, terrorist attacks or "Acts of God" such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, snow storms etc.
