At www.weddingthings.com we are proud to offer only the very best quality for your wedding day. However, if you are not 110% happy or completely satisfied with your wedding favors, bridal shower favors and wedding party favors, please contact us by e-mail at returns@weddingthings.com within 7 days of receiving it for return authorization. Understandably, please note that shipping charges, special orders, food items (candies, chocolates), personalized items, sample packs and sample orders (orders of 1 of each item) are non-refundable. Any shipping related duties and taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund. Unauthorized returns and refused orders will not be accepted for refunds. Please pack the item in its original packaging (unused and unworn) and send back to us by US AIR MAIL, shipping pre-paid by you. Clearly mark on the box "RETURN TO VENDOR". Do not use any private couriers, such as FedEx or UPS. Upon receipt of the return, we will then credit your VISA, MasterCard or American Express for the merchandise only. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization.
