Ideal for hot summer garden weddings or churches with air-conditioning, these bright and colorful hand-painted fans feature assorted scenes of birds, butterflies, fish and floral designs. These designs are painted on white silk that is stretched over the frame of the fan. Mottled, round, brown wood handle has a small hole that is tied with a colorful ribbon.
