Mud, medium, antiquing glaze
Foam brush, spreader, sand paper, cheese cloth
Transfer paper

N.B. If you use a black & white photo, it will still be the same color once you finish. If you use a color photo, you will still end up with a color photo. The sample above (bride and groom) was done with a copy of a sepia colored photo.
