Good Things in Store for Fall...Newcomers liven up the city's scene.

This Canadian purveyor of all things bridal offers a dazzling array of fabulous and frivolous accessories.  They have wedding invitations like Crane's and up-and-comers like Hello! Lucky ($3 - $50 each.) But they also offer the goodies:  a candy bar for favors ($3-$20 a pound) and silk button boxes ($3.50) to hold them; "Just Married" flip flops and a Baby Things department, for what comes next.

   WEDDING THINGS, a Canadian retailer opened its first     store in the United States on the Upper East Side last week, promising one-stop shopping for all sorts of nuptial stuff, including the invitations and the party favors.
