Canadian customers   ATTN Canadian customers:  All invitations, some personalized items and special order items ship from the USA.  All prices on our website are in US funds.  GST will be added to your order and PST, if you are in BC.  To help you save money on brokerage fees, and customs duties, we will import your order on your behalf.  Our customer service rep will email you with any additional charges.  Your order will ship out from our Vancouver, BC warehouse by Canada Post if you are in CANADA.   Credit card payments We know that wedding expenses add up quickly, so please ensure that your credit card's limit will be sufficient for your order.  We cannot be responsible for overdraft charges.   If your card is declined we will attempt to contact you by e-mail, then once by phone. If we do not receive a response, we cannot be held liable for the order if it is late for your wedding.  Please ensure that your credit card does not have a "country block" on it, since we are located Canada. Can I pay with personal checks? We do not accept personal checks.  Currently we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and International money orders (cashier's checks) in US funds made out to: WEDDING THINGS 118 - 408 East Kent Ave South Vancouver, BC V5X 2X7 CANADA We will send your order upon receipt of your money order.  Can I order samples before purchasing a large quantity? Yes, you may purchase samples using our on-line shopping basket. Please choose from our Sample Packs or indicate "one" in the quantity box. We will try to fulfill all sample orders. Sample quantities are limited, so we cannot promise to send everything you desire.  Samples are non-refundable. How are the products packaged? All of our products are packed in their original protective packaging of tissue, bubble wrap, and/or brown cardboard boxes to save you money. Some items are specifically marked gift boxed which means that they are packaged in a presentable box. Some of our products, like candles are individually cello wrapped with ribbon for your convenience. If you would like your wedding favors to be individually boxed in white or colored boxes, please let us know by e-mail and we would be happy to give you a quotation for your needs. What is considered a Special Order? Any item that is ordered especially for you is considered a Special Order. This also includes any orders greater than 50 pieces for favors and greater than 4 pieces for attendants gifts. Some Special Orders may require extra time for delivery. Where is my order? To ensure that your order arrives on time for your big day, we recommend brides to order as early as possible. We ship every package with care and attention to your wedding date.   WEDDING THINGS will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers and the US/Canada Postal system, war, terrorist attacks or "Acts of God" such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, snow storms etc.  Click here to track your order. How do I know that my credit card information is secure. In the WEDDING THINGS online ordering process, every page on which you provide your credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.  SSL renders information unreadable to anyone who tries to intercept it. Will you sell/rent e-mail addresses to other companies? WEDDING THINGS is committed to ensuring our customer's privacy.  We do not share, sell or trade e-mail addresses with other companies.  Our policy is to protect this information and use it only for communication with our customers. Canadian Customers Because we ship worldwide, all prices listed online are in US funds.  For our Canadian customers, please use our handy converter to find out the costs in CDN$.  PLEASE NOTE YOUR CARD WILL STILL BE CHARGED IN US FUNDS, with applicable sales taxes.   Due to the fluctuation of the daily exchange rate, we are not responsible for the differences if you cancel or return your order.
